Sonny Webster is an Olympic Weightlifter who represented Great Britain at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio.
Sonny is one of the best known names in the world of strength and fitness in the UK. But before the hundreds of thousands of followers and seminar tours all over the world, he had to learn his craft. Today we get to hear his story.
