magan: How do we balance the desire to understand that our bodies might not be where we want them to be, but work towards them, but love their body as they are? Magan: Any time we talk about food or eating, it automatically goes to the conversation of our body or our weight. And so i think that it looks different for everyone, so you really just have to take a deeper look at what your specific motivation and approach is. But then stripping away some of the unhealthy patterns and behavior that we've picked up from diet culture.
