How Did Timy Ingo Sen Change the Face of the Country House?
He was an extraordinary man, and he mustt is really incredible, because it must have struck individuals as as amazing. And yet, there are hardly any references to him in letters or diaries, so it's difficult to know what he was like as a person. He didn't build very many buildings himself, because the times were so troubled and the king couldn't afford it. But he did build one, which was the queen's house, but greenwich, which was revolutionary. In those days, em architects weren't as we think of them now. Building, building country houses was a much more collegiate or collaborative process.
