The Future of NATO

Kurt Volker: Sweden and Finland have two of the best militaries in Europe. He says Russia's losing a war against Ukraine, doesn't have forces to spare for any other front. "This adds quality to the membership," he says; they're fully developed democracies. But not everybody is happy with their decision -- even if it makes NATO stronger.
