Is There an Indictment in Castello's Case?
Castello: I was asked to provide information and I did. The case gets all fucked up whatever the reason if you've read Mark Pomerance's book you'll probably understand a little more but right after that I get a phone call from Lanny Davis my lawyer saying that the DA would like me to come in seven additional times bringing it up to twenty 20 plus the two times that I was there before the grand jury for a total of a little over five hours of conversation with them. Castello says he still can't tell whether or not emphatically there will or there will not be an indictment but I'm based upon all of the facts as I know them.
