The Importance of Mentality in a Game
I was fearless until a certain sort of age and it got worse. I think empathy is a big thing that I have now for players. We talk about things like being brave a lot. It's all right to make mistakes, because we human beings, and we're going to make mistakes. As long as we learn and we react the right way, then we talk about that. And hopefully then with that sort of mentality, we make less, if that makes sense. Because people aren't frightened. Yeah. You'll enjoy it if you win. The lads will know what they mean.
