Is There a Mind Set in Inflation?
Inflation is two things, and one of them is a mind set. Once that bug gets in people's heads, that's when the shelves get emptied of toilet paper. So we are very likely to go into a world of capital controls. And again, just like the falling of something like the berlin wall, capital controls aren't telegraphed. You need to at least think through what do i need to do if i feel like there is an increasing likelihood that some of these outcomes we're talking about happen? That's really all it is ae have the courage to think through extreme outcomes.
