Introduction

This week's episode is with a man known as Raffi Philly, founder of one of the largest chains here in the UAE called Philly Calf. The crux of it being that Raffi came over here from India about 20 years ago and started working as a merchandiseer. If you come to the UAE, you can't go really anywhere, any location without having a Philly nearby.
