i think in particular cases the there might be an answer but it is prima facie if if other things being equal if the parents could bring up the child in a way that did not have those attributes then they should do it unless there's a reason to the contrary um so. Technology will eventually solve this right uh although there will be no such thing as irreversible hearing loss yeah and can you talk a little bit more about that as in? i'm always in maybe if i'm so interested in your books but fascinated in the relationship between let's call it traditional scientific progress or technological progress and moral progress.
