Is There a Magic in Combining Arc Training With Strength Training for Your Fingers?

i'd love to get your thoughts on this, kind of in a more global sense. There seems to be two main camps in strength training - climbing and gymnastics. Gymnasts will do their very high intensity strength training and focus on trying to build nerological strength or connective tissue strength. But then they'll mix that in with these what they call feeding sessions,. where they're feeding the tissues by doing really high volume, low intensity work. And i guess i'm wondering, you've done a lot of hang boarding since then. Do you feel like maybe there is some magic in combining the arc training with the strn training to get the blood flow to your fingers? Or have
