The lawsuit was an effort to challenge the cobet mitigation measures that local help departments had been putting into place. The judge there said, thats unconstitutional. School districts weren't even a part of that case. They weren't involved in the case. And the case really turned on the fact that unelected people were making those decisions. Our point is that a school board is an elected body the legal authority to make the decisions.
