Guy Fawkes and the Search of Parliament
Guy fawkes was given a pocket watch to time the fuse, and other conspirators studied collecting weapons. The king instructed members of his privy council to search parliament on the fourth of november. One party headed by thomas nivitt returned to the undercroft late that night. And they challenged guy fawkes, who had placed 36 barrels of gunpowder in a vault under the house,. with a purpose to blow the king and the whole company when they should there assemble.
