Six six of the top ten wealthiest counties in the United States of America surround Washington DC there's nothing that you and I can say about that. At one point it was eight after the financial crisis there isn't to eight so you know as someone who lived here by the way my house never suffered a housing crisis Northern Virginia was protected. The rest of the country has had some real problems and we should be thinking about that just like what you said Washington DC or the area around the seat of government becomes your main wealth displayer.
