Is There a Degree of Certainty?

There isn't a mechanical procedure that is feasible to execute outside of the context of any individual mind. There's inherently the judgment of peopleor the judgment of individual minds. And you have to it's this very sort of historical, organic process of building up this large community of mutually recognized fields of knowledge thay recognize each other as valuable. But that, of course, once you have anything like that, obviously politics comes into it. So politics can ay mess it all up, isn i'mcertain judgments can still be valid?
