Microsoft Is Trying to Reinvent the Chatbot in Real Time
Bing's AI was saying Microsoft was caught flat-footed. They said users were pushing the chatbot to respond, quote, in a style we didn't intend. But considering how unpredictable AI is, it's clear that the company is trying to figure out how to rein it in. So if anything, I think we're going to see more experimental AI rollouts that could be even weirder.
