How to Simplify the Holidays
Think about whether there's some rituals you've held on to just because you were doing them before. Send out a holiday postcard with an automated list of addresses rather than do a fancy handwritten gift for a large list of people. You also want to think about simplifying things in the family and discussing that with all the stakeholders. The other thing I would say is that something about the question and the way you wrote it and the mention of family members makes me wonder about boundaries.
