Can a Driving Superintendent Command and Control a Project?

i wish those people would retire from the industry and get out, because i'm tired of seeing it. Can a pushing superintendent with disrespect for people that uses pushing mentality a command and control a project? Absolutely not. And so we have to be drivers. We cannot be pushers. On we go.
