The Challenges of the Fermentation Sector

The fermentation sector faces a lack of infrastructure, factories and co-manufacturing capacity where startups who are starting to produce these products rarely have anywhere to go. I think governments can play a really big role in helping build up this infrastructure by providing loans and making it easier for these companies to get the funding they need to do. We also need the traditional food industry to see the opportunity and to play a role here. consumer awareness and acceptance of our sector is hugely important yeah absolutely now.
