I Don't Like the Idea of Career Politicians

Congressmen are spending too much time away from their districts, says CNN's Ana Navarrette. They're not getting the job done that they've been hired to do, she adds. Congress hasn't finished its budget on time since the 1990s and there is no collegiality between members of both parties any more than there was in years past. She would love to see term limits or some mechanism by which you can't stay in office forever.
