Trump's Laziness and Lack of Focus in the Campaign

There's a sense of deja vu here in Trump's approach that is very reminiscent of his early 2016 campaign where it wasn't clear, is this guy serious? Is he just doing it for the headlines and do his boost his own profile? And then as he gained momentum, as the candidacy became more serious and he gained a following, he himself became more invested in the process. I wonder if we are going to see that dynamic play out again today. It doesn't seem like he's actually prepared to like hit the road, start holding big rallies because there's still so much time until election day.
