How to Talk to an Athlete

I think that sort of helped me get get longevity. It's like hey you've said you're going to do this. Why aren't you doing that? And I'm like well you hear it so many times we're a manager guys we want this this and this. And then the athletes are like oh really do we have to do that? Yeah. Mum is just to have that level of trust in a person. You don't need to go through an email chain to get to those people. Just be like we're sweet.
