I think through wealth is built in investing in real estate, not selling it. So I just saw how much money my clients were making and I was sending them good deals off market for them. And then I was relisting them at a way higher price. But that's the thing about this business. It's all numbers. And so it's empirical. And if the cash flow and the rents make sense and the NOI makes sense, it doesn't matter what you pay.
