Kerry Cordaro: This is obviously primarily a victory for the Justice Department and a defeat for Trump and his lawyers. It also reverses that ruling from Judge Cannon in Florida, and there have been, fairly or not, a number of questions about her ruling. But I want to be careful not to suggest that all judges appointed by former president Trump are therefore going to rule in his favor.
