The Oil Market Is Not Developing the Resources That We Need
Over the next 10 years, most of the incremental supply to meet that demand growth is going to come from the Middle East. Another 20 odd percent will be U.S. shale, some from North American oil sands and then another 20% from deep water production in Brazil and Guyana and Latin America. We haven't really developed any new resources over the last five years,. And the amount being invested today is quite limited.
