Are the Red Lines Around China?

China will become the world's biggest economy. It wa supposed to be in 20 30 or something, but it may be beyond that. China obviously operates with significant autonomy from any kind of a so called liberal international order. These are really major a challenges i think, to the idea of a um an international order that's really centred on the united states or on the west. And i think tat is producing tremendous fear and anxiety.
