The Fox News Debacle
Fox News was sued by Dominion, who owns the voting systems along with Smartmatic that are used predominantly in most of the presidential elections or in quite a few. They then sued for defamation based upon the big lie. Fox hired Dan Webb as their lead lawyer from Winston and Strong to represent them against Dominion. And Tom Claire, who I met, was one of the legal team along with a very fine firm, Susman Godfrey, who defended,. well, I wouldn't say defended basically prosecuted the case and settled for $787 million.
