Most modern chefs go to restaurant schools like cminary institute or elsewhere. Or are they a combination of self taught or menterd along the way, where ore most of our i think most of em go to school but there notley is no one. So it's more than just the base technicals of cooking. You really have tothink like an unchpener. Not necessarily just asha. I mean, when we went to school, wa you had to take hotel accounting, accounting, beverage and inventory control stuff. Like my kids would say to me, o, what do i need? Algebra and high scool. And learning those skills, those mathematical skills, and understanding
