Unai Emery will take charge of Aston Villa for his first game. Footage has emerged this week of Big Unai taking a very active role in Villa's training sessions. And while on the ball in a training session, he pulls the drill to tell off Jacob Ramsey for not pressing properly. This is going to be the dictionary definition of pragmatism - that's just how Emery operates,.
