Queen Elizabeth II's Visit to Northern Ireland
i want to ask you about this thing that she said, she spoke about being able to bow to the past, but not be bound to it. She clearly spoke to us as an equal, as opposed to a a colony, or any other form of relationship that may have been impacted by history. That made an extraordinary impact on ordinary people in ireland,. i think, since then, have held queen elizabeth in in their hearts in a very different way.
