How Does Empathy Work in Your Life?

I don't think anything surprises fours. The default position is just to live through suffering internally. So when the suffering comes from an external place, from some event, it's not a surprise in a way. I'm really good at resolving interpersonal issues and seeing beneath whatever the presenting problem is. Sometimes I feel like my work as a leader is sort of like counseling and disguise.
