I hadn't thought about all the differences that are between I mean shopping centers office buildings residential buildings hotels and then you see what saying well how people actually move around in a shopping center is changing now because they're now there more social hubs. even then the building plans change and even who the tenant of that building is will change so even the research will be wrong based on if they they get the tenant wrong.
