How to Make Rapid Decisions on the Spot
When i played basketball in junior high, I was completely petrified. When the coach eventually called my name to run a scrimmage, i was full blown terrified. And you can take this concept and apply it to any situation where it's superimportant to make rapid decisions on the spot. But this ability to respond really s with consistent practice. That's one of the reasons why i love head space.
