Drug Use in England and Wales?
Half of acquisitive crimes in England and Wales are related to drugs. Children taken into care about 20 billion pounds a year due to drug use. A million people using cocaine, quarter of a million people using heroine. Some users here regard themselves as recreational users. But they're not thinking about the harms which are on elsewhere in the system.
