What's the Reaction to Paris's Comments?
No one's really willing to break cover at the moment, and everyone is happy to use Real Madrid, Barcelona and Juventus as this sort of Trojan horse. The basic unit of power is the clubs themselves. So it's like a Europe wide Premier League basically. And I mean, depending on who you talk to, there's all sorts of opinions on what how the court case is going to play out. No one knows for certain. At the very least, I think there had been a feeling it would be a slam dunk for UEFA. But now no one seems to think that they'll forge some kind of forging wall between different disparate bodies.
