Health Care System in a Place Like Pittsburgh
In a few of those contract cycles, ay, they win a lot of gains on the health care side. By 19 the 19 59 strike, by the time it's settled, steel workers make no contribution to their premiums. And then over the course of the 52 and 56 contracts and 59 contract that plan becomes very good. So in response to this, the health care system in a place like pittsburg, which is private, but non profit, and consists of a kind of community hospitals,. often with a kind of religious character, catholic hospitals, it changes as a result.
