The Government's First White Paper - The Categories for Release
After the sinking of the arondora star, and the mood of the british public changes. The government policy soon follows a the government publishes its first white paper which outlines the categories for release in the end of the summer f 19 forty. At first there's great excitement in the camps. But then when when the internes read what these categories are, they sort of turn to dismay,. because it really just restates individuals who should never have been inturned in the first place.
