Is It a Poetically Weak Hand?

The Twitter board has a pathetic amount of stock ownership. There were no other buyers, and somebody comes along and offers a 38 % premium to where the stock had been trading before he made his announcement. You know, the board is kind of checkmated. When you say it was a pathetically weak hand, and we should knowt the board was totally unanimous, like everyone just went along with us.
