i disagree with those who say it is kind of impossible to define what terrorism is. And i also tthat ther there was a no point in history, with the evolving laws of war and armed conflict, that we could agree on a relatively narrow definition of terrorism. But as i said, yoo, i think that opportunity was unfortunately lost. I see very much the book as trying to define counterterrorism law, which in itself is an extremely broad category, as an important new field of comparative law.
