What Is a Complaint?

In a book called the no complaint world, i think it is worth reading. But what is a complaint? This was an issue that i had with some of his descriptions. He will ask you to switch wrists whenever you gossip, criticise or complain. So here's where i drew the line. And this is using not complaining to become more mindful. The next one is something that i try to do once a quarter or so but even once a year is very, very helpful. And that is practise poverty for a week. If you even attempt it, even if you get one week through, it will change your life.
