There was a really helpful book by a woman named willis. She wrote about the different way skyscrapers were built in chicago and in new york. The bigger thing is that if youre and manhattan and ask somebody which way to downtown, nobody'll know what you're talking about because ther there isn't actual downtown. There are two financial centers, they're two business centers, but it's the whole island is kind of like a a a itself.
