Cyber Insurance and Paying a Ransom
I want governments to be very careful of how we control AI progress. I think a lot of this is going to happen anyway. This will happen whether it's done by bad actors. But personal protection and privacy is extremely important, and we want to make sure that we're not encroaching on our citizens' data. No link found between cyber insurance and paying a ransom.
