What Happened to Phoebe?
Not a single person touched Phoebe to see if she was still alive. It could have only taken five to 10 minutes for her to bleed to death. No one who talked to her, no one who saw her, no video of her. In the initial days of the investigation, they never requested any CCTV footage from the building. We don't know how long she was laying on that dark garbage room floor. She could have died anytime between noon and seven p.m.
