The Court Says, Let's Do History and Tradition

The court says we have to look to history and tradition, but really picks and chooses which history matters. The court dismisses old english common law as being too old and too ancient to tell us much about the second amendment. Do you think that all the justices in the majority agree with that? Well, perhaps not, but i don't think there is much in cavana's concurrence that changes the majority opinion.
