Michael Atcovel: My best piece of market advice is a 50 year old guy, my best bit of advice. Learn to do yoga. What does it do for you? What does it enable one's mind to find? The most important thing it allows all of us to find is clarity. If you practice yoga, you will be around more women. And I must say, women that are good at yoga are alpha. It's quite, quite fun, quite interesting.
