In 20 18, voters came out and voted for what was then called new approach missouri amendment two on the ballot. It's since been codified as article 14 in the missouri state constitution. We're trying to pull our local ordinances into a harmony with what the voters aa voted for overwhelmingly in 20 18. The probable cause peace does allow the odor or visual presence of mariana to be used as probable cause. So it just can't be the sole reason. If it's part of a bigger picture, it still can be,. ok.
