Is Russia the Most Reckless Target in an Armed Conflict?
I find it hard to believe that the Ukrainians who have been so careful and intelligent about the way they have played their relations with the West would have been so stupid as to do such a thing. I think there's a difference between targeting Russian military infrastructure, you know, that is clearly lawful targets in an armed conflict. But yeah, it would be whoever did this did something rather extraordinary,. The political consequences of which if they were discovered, I would think would be pretty massive.
