Do Smaller Companies Merge With Larger Companies?
When does it make sense for smaller dirt world businesses to merge with larger dirt world businesses? I think a lot of companies are just buying up companies to squeeze them of people and the money that they have, and are not creating any value in the process. Ahaconsolidation is going to start happening more and more because contractors don't have succession plans. It's never a right time to go sell your company as a business owner if there's no succession plan.
