Sometimes its just easier to tell someone what not to do than it is to tell them what to do. And for this episode that's what we're doing. Well, unless you want your running to suck. Then we are actually telling you what to do. This was a fun one to make and covers a lot of different aspects of running. So, settle in and get ready to make your running better by not doing things that will make your running suck!
