The number one thing that we're going to have to do from day on is going to be regaining the faith and the trust of the members. We look at this turn out of the election, and while we won overwhelmingly, it's the lowest turn out that we've had in history. And they saw previously their votes didn't matter. Their vote wasn't respected. So part of that's going to be rebuilding with internal organizing. This is a union thats that you can trust and is strong.
