How to Craft in Breath of the Wild

Everything now can be used for crafting so i'm always nervous to sell something in breath of the wild. The food crafting is much easier and much lighter lift like you can um you if you have let's say a chill fruit you could just click on one and then it says like add to recipe you. I hate chugging the potions for the temperature stuff like i don't like having to keep drinking the potions to be like "oh okay now i'm called" It was just like i'm gonna spend 30 minutes creeping around this mesa looking for cold darnersOkay the butter or not butterflies sounds like a bucket i'm trying no no no to make like oh the heat resist
